Customer service is top notch!

It was so easy to upload the photo and pick what I wanted and it came fast. The picture is spot on of my dogs. I love it!

The artwork is amazing and the customer service was outstanding when I needed. Would buy more anytime!

I recently moved into a brand new home in a brand new street. Mail carriers are confused and marked my package as undeliverable as they didn’t know the address existed. Quickly contacted West & Willow, explained the situation. They quickly contacted me back and got a replacement sent out in now time at all. Now that is great customer service Can’t wait to actually receive my package.

When I ordered, I forgot to put in the promo code that I received. I emailed them and they responded to me within a day or two letting me know they applied that promo to my order after the fact. The customer service was fantastic and the portrait is amazing!! I can’t wait to give the portrait as a gift!!

I made a mistake on one of my orders and W&W graciously allowed me to correct it. Their customer service is fantastic and we are W&W customers for life. We❤️🐶s

I haven’t received my product so I can only review on my experience in ordering very easy…the hardest part was choosing the pic of my grand fur, Philip💙
