I am excited to get my portrait and am sure it will be amazing. Ordering on your site was a little confusing at checkout. I paid an extra $30 for “skip the line” and couldn’t find exactly what that meant anywhere. It’s been 7 days and I still don’t know.

Preview?
Gave 4 because I want to see the preview of it since it’s costly. Also I wanted to expedite it and I had no place to choose that at check out.

I think asking for a tip is absurd
I think asking for a tip is absurd. Pay your people properly. This isn’t a restaurant. I didn’t meet anyone servicing me like a massage therapist.

it seemed easy enough but I wish we could have seen the downloaded photo instead of the standard photo of the poodle so i knew you got the cat photo so that i know it downloaded okay.

Went pretty good

Process was super smooth
Process was super smooth. I wish they would have put the delivery timeline on the site and not just in the follow up email, but I may have also just missed it too so I’ll make it work either way as a gift.

Understand with the height of the season it's difficult for instructions to be included, but something as personal as this product, you almost need to have that option as a consumer. I also recall that we may have been able to include a couple of pictures to really make sure the "essence" of our pet is seen? Could be wrong about that-but it was challenging not having the option to put instructions.
