I think it walks you through nicely but after ordering it’s hard to track your order

Hi Matthias, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

Haven’t received an email saying it’s on its way or that my order has been received.
Response from West & WillowDec 7, 2022
Hi Mikka, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We sent you an e-mail to get this sorted.

The website is not user friendly and difficult to navigate. Also not being able to preview a purchase after (30) minutes is almost not fair. Understood that you have great talent but a patron should have the right to review the anticipated result before final purchase. I placed (2) orders and I am hoping that everything was captured.

Hi Judith, We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. We just sent an email to the address on file. Please get back to us at your earliest convenience.

Estimated shipping date? I ordered with enough time but sometimes it’s nice to know an estimated time it’ll be around. other than that the process was simple

Image came out good. Pricey for size of product.

Some sort of preview would help. Hard to rate without any kind of proof. I realize it’s custom but something would make me more comfortable with spending my money. I relied on the reviews

Hi Darelyn, As of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

I feel the photos really looked like they were just cut out and stuck on paper...very rough around the edges. Also felt my cat in the piece seemed to sit very low. And I guess I just assumed that the artist would make it seem cemetrical instead of smallest to largest, which I think is how I uploaded the photos
