Well, I’ve been prompted several times to leave a review and even though I haven’t received my product yet it has not been a great experience. I paid the extra $15 and after I placed my order I got a note saying I would receive it within 7 to 10 days- got an email with tracking that I would receive it on 2/26-when I tracked the shipment today Saturday, February 26 it says there is no information available- so far not a good experience

The look of my dog turned out very well but the color was completely wrong. My French Bulldog is a blue brindle but they colored him brown on the portrait. I emailed them about the issue and have never received a response. Very disappointed.

So, it gave me the code freemug, to use with my order, but, when I tried to use it, it said it wasn’t valid 😕

I made an order but honestly it went into a bit of a black hole. Seemed to me that artwork is one of those topics that would require at least a little bit of back and forth to ensure the client is happy with the direction that west & willow is taking but i’ve heard literally nothing. No update on where my order is in the cue, no correspondence around the piece itself. I’m a marketer by profession and you need a good CRM strategy to engage with your customer post purchase.

I placed an order as a gift for my parents. Upon arrival the picture looked nothing like my dog. The frame is cheap. The background is cheap and the artwork generic. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. I sent alternate photos of my dog and had the project redone. Although better, the portrait still did not capture my dog. I requested a refund and was denied because it’s considered a custom item. In the future and prior to printing, customers should be allowed to approve or disapprove of the artwork.

I bought this portrait of my mothers dog as a gift for my mother. The portrait is beautiful however the frame came cracked. The frame also seems very cheap and not sturdy.

I was looking forward to receiving my prints of my dog and cat that had recently passed away. I was disappointed when they arrived. First of all, the prints are on the cheapest of card stock and they don’t roll up nicely so they’re wrinkled. I have them under some books so hopefully they flatten out and look nicer. The dog looks slightly better than the cat print but either way they both look fake. This was a cheaper option than getting an artist to draw/paint our animals but I should have put our money towards something of better quality. This is like a $15 CAD item, not $50.

Was quite pleased at first with customer service response. However, when only part of my my gift purchase (the free mug, added as an afterthought) was sent without the accompanying print, I reached out to customer service again. I received only canned responses, as if my email was being read by an AI robot. At this writing, I still do not know the status of my framed print, and when my recipients receive the mug, they will likely be confused, and potentially think the gift is rather lame until the rest of the package arrives. To further confound things, I keep trying to correct the record that I am the purchaser, not Mike and Megan, the gift recipients, but to no avail.
