The customer service was great! There was an issue with the fur color and they were extremely responsive and quickly adjusted the image and sent me a new version. I would highly recommend West and Willow!

Great experience with customer service! Although my picture had a crease in it, after sending a picture, they were willing to help ship me another one right away. Would recommend them!

There was a slight problem with the frame of my custom portrait when it arrived. I contacted West & Willow and they took steps immediately to make it right! Very impressed with the portrait and with their service.

Customer service very promptly responded to my concerns about an issue with the artwork! The issue was resolved within about 5 days and they sent a replacement piece free of charge.

User friendly process and over all great product! Order was shipped and delivered quick as well! The poster I received back looks exactly like the picture I sent in! I’m very pleased and super excited to be giving this to my aunt as her Christmas gift! She will probably cry when she sees it! After losing her fur baby of 13 years, this is sure to make her heart happy and bring a smile to her face! 10/10 recommend
