Yes my experience was awesome!

I absolutely love how for the portrait’s you can choose the size you want, if you want a border and if you do, there are countless colors and styles to choose from! There are a lot of different backgrounds for the portraits to make it fit your home perfectly! It was super easy to add the photo of my pup that I wanted! There were many options as far of ways to add your image and they were very specific on what would be changed on the picture(collars, leashes, etc.) They have specific instructions and rules for what picture you choose to make sure your furry friend is captured perfectly! I LOVE that West & Willow has really good deals a majority of the year to save a little bit of money. I knew the portrait of my dog would be good but I didn’t realize just how good it would truly be!! They captured every little detail in my dog down to the last strand of hair. My dog was captured in such a beautiful way that the second I saw the portrait, I ordered a mug too! I will definitely be ordering many more items from West & Willow and strongly encourage others to do the same!! Thank you West & Willow for bringing my girly to life in the most beautiful portrait I’ve ever seen!!!

They sent me the artwork that I wanted to be changed a little. They had already sent out the first design but didn’t hesitate to get a replacement out to me. 100% recommend

I am very happy with customer service. I was unhappy with the first version of artwork sent to me. After a three star review, West & Willow contacted me and offered to re-do the artwork. They are going to send the new version asap.

While my pet portrait was gorgeous right off the bat, something was a little off. I immediately reached out to customer support with my concerns and they were beyond happy to send my print back to the design team to make it right. With a few simple corrections, they sent my order back to be printed- no questions asked, no extra charge, and without the hassle of sending the first print back. This is how customer service should be all the time. Well done, West and Willow. You made this dog owner, who lost their best fur friend, extremely happy.
