The best gift I’ll ever give! I uploaded a picture of my sister in law’s cat and soon I was able to review their draft of the picture. I asked for a small change and they turned it around quickly. It was a very simple process and I’m obsessed. I even asked for one for Christmas of my dog :)

We are an Animal Hospital and we purchased a picture for each of the staff members of their pet. They LOVED them. Great quality and service.

The product is so great! However, the wrong photo was sent to us at first. Customer Service was quick to react and send the right one. They were very communicative and helpful. It felt very personal. And we love the picture.

It is always easy to place an order with west and willow. I had a great experience the first time I purchased from the site and ever since then, I knew I was able to trust the company. The company is always good at responding to emails in a timely manner whenever I had any questions or concerns..

West & Willow not only do I absolutely love the gifts that I bought my family and friends, but their customer service was superb. A gift was immediately replaced after a quick, clear email, no back and forth.
