I received my 2 pet portrait today. I LOVE the portrait of my two grand dogs! I was pleasantly surprised. However, upon opening the box I discovered that the frame was broken 😡. I appreciate everyone that works in the shipping industry, but just a little tender, love and care for our packages would be greatly appreciated! I emailed and within minutes I have a replacement coming. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊

Customer service worked with my to make sure I was happy with my final product. The first one I received was a little off and they bent over backwards to fix it and send out a new one. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me, especially after losing a pet. I will cherish this forever.
