So grateful to have such a whimsical picture of our dog who has passed. This is sure to bring smiles and tears to both my children and husband on Christmas morning.

Amazing customer service. Beautiful prints. Don’t hesitate to order.

This is my third time ordering from West & Willow. When the artwork arrived, it wasn't 100% what I expected. I reached out to them and they remade the dog's photo and it came out amazing. Roxanne was amazing.

The pictures are great, and I had to contact customer service and they were so so helpful. It also shipped more quickly than I expected!

Customer service was phenomenal. My piece arrived and didn’t quite look right. They did everything to adjust the image and sent me an updated version.

Customer service is quick and resolves problems quickly. I had a problem with the framing quality and they immediately shipped out a new one after filling out a form. Especially during the holidays, this was super nice. I bought mine originally on Black Friday and it shipped out so quickly! I wasn't expecting that, I was thinking like 3 weeks before receiving it, but it came in less than 2 weeks. However, still waiting for my replacement but I expect that to arrive within the same time frame as the first. I loved the picture quality and the photos of my pups came out amazing. The shiplap background was perfectly paired with a white frame, but the frame was not great for the price, I paid. But overall, this is a great way to create a memorial of your favorite pups and to see their smiling faces. I would still highly recommend getting one! Now I get to have 2 photos of my pups!

Roxanne helped make our dogs look wonderful! She worked with us until they were perfect and we truly appreciate her! Your Customer service is incredible
