The quality and design of the picture of our dog looked great and was of good quality. We had to contact customer service about a question, and customer service was helpful and quick. Definitely would recommend this product!

I had a great experience with West and Willow. They delivered my order quickly and the quality or the piece was above my expectations. They also followed up with me to ensure everything met my expectations. The print was a gift that was incredibly well received. I can’t recommend them enough!

Hello Kevin, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

Easy to order, good selection options, sizes and frames. So happy with my frame and picture. I thought the tip option at the end was ridiculous, in fact it pissed me off, I held off ordering for a week.

The BEST customer service! I wasn't happy with the way one of my pets portraits turned out and the customer service team was incredibly helpful. The design team revised the portrait and it's perfect! THANK YOU!
