Love the “catoon” and minimalist style of the picture! Colors are a little bit off though.

Hi Rebecca, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

The order was not sent to me to be proofed prior to shipping and the dogs were wrong. However they did redo the order and sent me a proof of that one. Sending a proof prior to shipping could have avoided the extra work.

All was fine except I couldn’t figure out how to enter the discount code. W and W did quickly refund me the discount when I wrote them.

The site was easy to use. I was a little confused on how to insert my pet's picture but the explanation was right there for help!

Step by step process was easy. A bit hard to find out how to contact W&W. Your rep was helpful.

My pet portrait is beautiful. I only took one star away because the description said all accessories including collars would be removed. Our oet's collar is still in the portrait. I would have taken the collar off for her picture if I had known it would end up in the portrait. Other than that, I love the end product.

Super simple shopping experience that was easy to navigate and great to use. Wasn’t too keen on the additional request for tip in the process as we are purchasing a product and not ordering food.

For the most part, I had a great experience with ordering. I was nervous as to whether the photos I chose would work so I emailed their customer support team and heard back within a day. I can't wait to get the portraits so I can see them in person. :-) The only frustrating part of the process was that there was no easy way to add a second portrait after I created a first. I had to go back to the "Shop" button then start an order again. Also, once an order has been created, there's no easy way to edit an order without having to redo the order.

Hi Krysta, Thank you for this valuable recommendation! We will make sure to consider this to make our order process more seamless.
