The case arrived cracked. Probably the mail carrier’s error of course. But I’ve only had the case for less than 3 weeks and the paint is chipping. I’m not rough with my phone. At this rate I’m afraid it probably won’t last more than 6 months or so. The artwork is very good but I can’t recommend the phone case unfortunately.

The product is low quality and overpriced for what you get. It’s a typical Instagram product rip off. The frame is cheap and came with plastic instead of glass. You are paying $110 for a cartoon of a photo that most people could reproduce with basic software.

My dogs are out of proportion. In real life my English Bulldog is much bigger than my Frenchton however in the picture I got the Frenchton is much bigger. The pictures portrayed on Facebook look much nicer. Definitely was not worth the money.

I think there should be some form of communication before print to ensure the quality of the picture. The dog I submitted has his whole body showing, but the portrait delivered is just the top part of his head and doesn’t even cover half of the portrait, so there is way too much white in the canvas. I wasn’t expecting his whole body in the picture, but there was plenty of room to at least travel down his chest a bit to not make the portrait look so plain now. Still did a great job making it look like the picture of the dog I submitted.
