Customer service was amazing! When I reached out with a design mistake they were responsive and accommodating.

I ordered a portrait for my dog Jax and it turned out absolutely perfect! It was super easy to order, all I need was a picture of Jax and it got delivered pretty fast too. The portrait looks exactly like his picture that I had sent in. I’m happy with my purchase and overall, had a great experience with west and willow!!

Portrait looks so much like our two cats! I was worried it’d look kinda generic, like two cats that matched their colouring but not much else. But I’m so happy! The portrait really matches their little expressions and uniqueness (little patch of white here, funny little whisker patch there). My wife was so happy and surprised, and I love how it turned out.

This company is absolutely amazing! When I first got my picture I felt like it didn’t look quite like my dog. They had absolutely no problem working on a new portrait for me until I was happy with it. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Got a framed product and was unfortunately damaged in transport. West and Willow had excellent communication and a replacement was sent straight away. Would use this buisness again.

The picture I received wasn't the color I wanted (although the picture was way cute) and they changed it to my liking without any hassle! They were very helpful! I think Moe is great! :)

They had great customer service and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had about my order! They were also able to edit and create my order based on my needs! Great company
