Update (12/21/22): West & Willow reached out overnight and offered to replace the portraits, as well as send me free digital downloads. I was very happy to respond that my portraits were at my door this afternoon. The USPS called and told me there was issues with UPS mail innovations and a truck was taking a significantly long time to deliver. Over 1000 packages were actually delayed by 2 weeks and in limbo. I am giving West & Willow a 5 star reviews because of how perfect the portraits are. Once they answered my emails, they tried to make it right and honestly, these portraits look exactly like my pups! Order #:335551 Tracking: 92748963438594553019028161 Update (12/20/22): After waiting over a week for a reply, I finally got an email back from West & Willow that was asking if the package was lost or damaged. I replied back to West & Willow on Saturday that UPS deemed my package lost and haven't heard back since. I decided to order the downloadable version of my portraits to at least show my family those and let them know the portraits were in fact coming eventually. Unfortunately have not received that order either (order #388265). I also reached out to Paypal to file a dispute because no one in the company has been replying to me emails and I am concerned. I am more than happy to wait for replacement, I just worrying that it might never come. 12/15/22 I am super frustrated with this company. I ordered 3 pet portraits on Black Friday. They shipped on December 5th. On December 8th, the pet portraits were transferred from UPS to USPS, however, my tracking has been at a halt since then. It states that is awaiting acceptance at USPS. I called USPS and have a service request opened. UPS told me that it was successfully delivered to USPS, however, USPS denied acceptance of the package. They told me to reach out to the company. The reason why I am giving this two starts is because my boyfriend previously purchased a pet portrait from here and I absolutely loved it. He had no issues. This is why I decided to order for my family who loves their pets. I am so frustrated that I have reached out to customer service multiple times this week and its absolutely radio silent. No one is answering. No one is answering me on instagram or my emails or the forms I put in place. I am just beside myself because these were all christmas presents.

The product came out great! Customer Service was always quick to respond when my package got lost in the mail and so helpful!

I ordered two different portraits for gifts and love how both of them turned out! We had a minor issue with one of the pet’s names but the West & Willow team got right on it as soon as I let them know. Got it fixed s d a new one shipped out very quickly. Excellent quality and customer service! I would definitely recommend!
