West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

MUCH less confusing in comparison to other sites. Super simple to upload photo, choose customization and check out. I saw what I was getting before entering my credit card. Can’t wait to see the final product!

Love the personalized pet portrait! It’s clean, aesthetic and can go anywhere, while still being playful (bc it’s your pet!) so cute and excited to give this as a gift! Shipping was also very fast which was great! Overall, great experience, would purchase again.

My best friend's beloved dog had to unexpectedly be put down recently and she was devastated. I saw an ad for these prints come up and knew it would be the perfect gift for her to honor him. When I received it in the mail, the print was beautiful, but there was a gigantic black mark across the print/frame that wouldn't come off. I put in a help request and in just a few days they sent me a new one for free to replace it. I received the new one today and it was in perfect condition. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and the quality of the product!

Frame was nicked. They sent replacement immediately. Love this product and will definitely be ordering more.
