Absolutely love my picture. Only thing, I spelled my daughters dog Natty name incorrectly. I would like to have it corrected.

The color of my pet portrait wasn’t right, and West & Willow corrected it quickly and is sending a replacement.

Communicated very well! Support Team were very nice and lovely! Absolutely adore the mug/picture! Will recommend this company to a friend/family.

I ordered my sister in law a dog portrait from here. I got it in the mail and noticed there was a slight crease in the picture, it must have been in the process of them printing and transferring to the frame. It wasn’t horrible but it did bother me so I just reached out to their help center and asked if there was something that could be done. Within 12 hours I got an email notification that a whole new portrait (frame and all) was being shipped to me! I was shocked, they went above and beyond! Any company with great customer support and satisfaction is a company that I will most definitely buy from again!
