West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The website was very user friendly!!!

My girlfriend’s dog Tyson (a bull terrier) passed away recently and I got her a portrait of him using her favourite picture of him. She absolutely loved it, it brought her tears of joy. The artwork that goes into these portraits is unbelievable. The accuracy of the portrait compared to the picture I sent is literally 1:1. We could not be happier with the result. I will definitely be getting one of my dog and would recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is also really good they were quick to reply to all of my enquiries.

Helpful customer service Kind and prompt response

Makes the most beautiful gift & West & Willow have the absolute best customer service! Highly recommend!

Wasn’t 100 percent with my picture and they reached right out to correct. So wi derail and corrected right away. Love! Thank you!

The picture I received was absolutely beautiful. There was a slight problem with the color of my background. However, Seigfred was quick to reply and they corrected the problem. I will definitely be ordering some additional pictures from this company it was a great experience!

Absolutely love my picture! They totally captured my dogs and I can’t wait to give it at Christmas.

Holiday Greetings!! Hope all is well with you. Thank you for asking. I appreciated the site's ease of use. I especially appreciated the excellent and prompt customer service I received from Jane. I had to change the shipping address, so she quickly responded in such a friendly and accommodating way. I was extremely grateful for her attention since a special gift for our son, the light of our lives, to honor his best fur-ever friend. Her awesomeness was greatly appreciated!! Thank you for bringing such magical artistry and gifts to light as you brighten someone else's days. Have a safe, extraordinary Holiday Season and a prosperous New Year in every way. Best Winter Wishes, Consuelo & Family :)
