Website layout is very user friendly. Just received my order in the mail. The frame itself is very cheaply made. Will be purchasing the digital download and framing myself. Wasted $80 for artwork. Not pleased at all.

It was stated free shipping on orders over $100, when I got to check-out my $117 order had a $21 shipping charge applied. Not sure why.

I have yet to receive my parcel, Iv emailed customer services and got a generic reply, they didn't even read my request for an update on a delivery date as the tracking number gives no information. Disappointed to say the least.

Portrait looks nothing like my dog. He looks happy and inquisitive in the picture I sent over. Portrait comes back old and sad because they added black circles around the eyes for no reason. Did not capture his spirit at all. Neck is so thick for no reason too, looks like he’s hunching his bag. I can do a better job with a Snapchat filter. Disappointing.

My order came completely broken. The frame was cracked in multiple places and the glass was shattered. I’m sure it took a beating while being shipped, however there was nothing on the box it was shipped in saying “handle with care” and there was absolutely no padding or protection in the box. I gave 2 stars because they said they’d replace it, but I needed it for it gift. Hopefully the next one arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Messed up order. Sent wrong picture to my grieving parents. No way to indicate gift/who it was from. No way to call West & Willow; had to wait at least 24 hours to hear back from a support person via email. (and there were many back and forths so it took over a week.) They did fix picture and sent a second one which was correct. Still waiting for that one to show up, so we'll see. I would not recommend this company.
