Horrible over charged me . Said free shipping and 20 % discount not applied. I canceld immediately after order. So I should not be getting charged.

It's been almost 8 weeks since I placed my order and it hasn't even shipped yet.

I placed an order for the second time as I got another pet, the colors/shading was off. It did not look at all like my first purchase. To have to go back and forth for over 3 weeks is insane! I suggested to send preview of order, they say they are not there yet to do so. I asked for a refund, that can’t to that. I had no understanding, no customer service and no refund. I had to accept what they provided I currently and I am still waiting on artwork, it was not even expedited. I will never purchase again.

I still don’t have the product I ordered on November 10th (not a typo, it’s been over 2 months) despite being told that the order has been processed. I have requested a refund and the customer service team is not responding to my emails. The experience has been terrible. I expect I will have to work with my credit card company to get a refund.

After several communications with their help support, I am still waiting for a revised print. Despite my quick communication (within 5 minutes of ordering) they issued an incorrect print and I have been 'referred' to a different support contact multiple times. This was supposed to be a Christmas Gift but still waiting on a new print at the end of January. Disappointed, as they had such strong reviews. I used AI for another gift and it was free and just as good, if not better.

While the artwork advertised on the site is beautiful, and the customer service reps are very kind, I still have not received my order that was placed on December 6th of 2023. I have absolutely no updates about the status of my order or when it is likely to be shipped, despite several rounds of messages with the company. I was refunded a small portion of the cost of my order to compensate for the delay, but I really just want to know when I will receive my piece, which was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I’m extremely disappointed and feeling as though my order may never arrive.

It is absurd that it took so many attempts to get it right when they had the photo of the dog.

Your customer service is the worst thing ever had these sevral years! Without shipping the products, keep sending promo emails everyday and asking for good comment is not the right things to do!!! Shame on you!
