The portrait is a Christmas gift for my husband. I was nervous about submitting an image and not knowing how it would come out. But the photo turned out great! It really captured our two pitties. Thank you so much! The only thing I can’t figure out is how to download the digital file. Will I get an email on that?

Got my order mixed up, contacted customer service and they were right on it. Fixed the issue, emailed me to get final approval and just received everything this last week just in time for Christmas. Everything turned out great. Would recommend. Good company.

Our experience has been wonderful. Our first art piece wasn’t quite right. I received a message from Roxanne very quickly after expressing some disappointment. I then submitted some additional photos and our new portrait is perfect.

After I sent a picture of my granddaughter’s puppy, I received a portrait that I was not really happy about and contacted West and Willow’s support team. I explained why I wasn’t happy with the picture and they offered to redo the portrait. The redone picture of her puppy was very good!! I am a very happy customer. Their support team is excellent.
