Love west and willow

Amazing Go above and beyond for you Best work

I LOVE the artwork and can't wait to give this as a gift this holiday season!!! The West & Willow team worked with me when I had a concern about the first piece. They sent me a new one, free of charge! THANK YOU!!

I wasn't happy with the first portrait I received, so I reached out to customer support and they were more than happy to have the artwork revised not once, but TWICE to make sure I was happy with the final product. 5+ stars for their customer service!

Our order came quickly. After I forgot to add something to our order, customer service was quick to help me and rectify it.

The whole process was very easy to complete, which I appreciated! One suggestion regarding the personalized cell phone case - not sure if its possible to put the image on the inside of the case or even in sticker form so it can be put directly on the phone. Since it's on the outside, it is exposed to being scratched off and unfortunately that's already happened within about a week or so of having the case - a piece of my pups nose is a little scratched away - so would be great if there was some kind of protection to the image or if it's printed on the inside to avoid that.

The customer service was wonderful! The company went above and beyond to deliver the perfect portrait!
