When my original print arrive, I was a bit disappointed the color of the fur wasn’t quite right. I hesitated to reach out to West & Willow, but when I did, they were so kind and helpful and were eager to make it right. They have since redone the print and the replacement is on its way. I am so excited to give print to my son and daughter-in-law. I would definitely recommend West & Willow. They have excellent customer service.
