Excellent customer service! I do not normally ever leave reviews, but the customer service was so incredibly amazing I felt it necessary to review. My frame arrived damaged-cracked and broken on one corner. I sent an email to the company and within 2 minutes there was a response with a link to complete a replacement form. Within a few hours, I received notification that my new (no charge replacement) had already shipped and was on its way! Wonderful customer service! Five stars for certain!!

Both the canvas and phone case I ordered were made perfectly! They looked exactly like my dogs, and the quality is amazing! I would highly recommend West and Willow for any custom dog phone cases or canvas’s. There was a slight mailing issue, but West and Willow reached out to me via email to ensure proper delivery of my order. Overall very happy with my products!!

I actually made a mistake on the shipping address. I emailed the support team as soon as I realized the mistake. They got back to me right away and fixed the mistake right away. It was an easy process which I really appreciate, especially during the busy holidays.
