It was easy to send pictures and the finish product is good. I do wish there were an option for full or 3/4 body shot of the pet. But it did arrive in good time. I did have a follow up call about a promo code and was told 1 was already used, but I didn’t see it reflected in my price

The good and bad pictures are helpful. This is my 3rd purchase from West & Willow. Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 I already ordered had some issues. The picture hanger was so far off-center that I can't hang it. I am still waiting to hear back from them in regard to this. After paying so much for these I felt that was a careless mistake. They hit the mark 100% on the other picture though. Looks JUST like my baby Luna. These are SO amazing for any pet lover.
