I uploaded pictures of my pups together for one portrait but got One pup in the picture. Had I know there was a custom portrait option I would have chosen it. Who ever made the portraits could have asked if that's what I wanted. what a waste. that will teach me to order something like this on my phone.

Website was easy to use, got a little discount for the holidays so that was good. But there hasn’t been any communication since my order. I guess the picture I used was fine since I haven’t heard anything, but I’d like to have some confirmation or some updates. “Hey, your photo was accepted, our artists are working on it!” Or “we’re almost done! You should receive shipping updates soon.” Would be nice. I have no idea when it’s coming or what it will actually end up looking like to be honest. It’s a gift for some one else so I guess we’ll be be surprised. You could do better in that department.

I haven’t received the product yet. Getting a little nervous since I haven’t heard anything at all from the company except about the payment arrangements. No updates at all regarding the progress of the product or shipment! Update-I received the picture of my grand puppy and my son absolutely loves it! Just wished I would have received updates on the process.

Customer service was extremely lacking. I enjoyed the portraits very much But at least one of the three I ordered arrived damaged and I ordered digital downloads of all three and never got any of them. I wrote 4 emails to customer service and have never heard back.

I continually tried to make the same order yesterday to ensure that my gifts would be her by Christmas but it just did not complete my project. Every time I downloaded the photo - it wouldn’t go through. I was frustrated after spending a LONG time at it. I don’t know if your site was jammed or what but I had really wanted these gifts by Christmas so I was unhappy that it did not work after many attempts yesterday ( 12/9) !

Not sure if I picked right photo! Thought I would be able to see sample. Don’t like that I was $3 from free shipping.

I purchase one on black Friday, u received a confirmation of my purchase. That is all I have recieved and it is 12-9-22. It is difficult for me to give a review so far, even through I have recieved 3 or 4 of the request. I would like an update on my purchase, but I haven't received that. Once my I receive my purchase I would l love to give a review.

Everything was easy. I was trying to order this for a Christmas gif and unfortunately you can’t get information on when you’ll get it until you place the order, which I really did not like. It’s not going to make it before that but I was forced to buy it.
