Honestly worst purchase i have had by far Purchased and it says free shipping over $100 which wasn't then got the picture 4 weeks later all crinkled up and creased! Can't even frame it what joke

I placed an order #498988 on 11-27-23 for a Christmas delivery. It is now 1-29-24 and have not received anything or been contacted as to when the portrait shipped. Keep getting promos to buy more but haven't received the first order I placed. Very frustrating! Please get back to me regarding this order.

The colors didn't reflect the actual picture as advertised. Disappointed. Looks like last minute rush order and put any color they could find. The creme specially.

I ordered a portrait mid December for a Christmas gift and recieved a portrait of some random dogs. Christmas ruined. Then when finally get confirmation of the correct portrait, the frame I wanted wasn't available. I chose the cheap white one. Still haven't recieved it or a response to my email about being compensated. I'm disgusted with this whole expensive transaction.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! If I could give this company some negative stars I would !!! I ordered and paid for a Digital Download for a second picture that I ordered. I never received the Digital Download. I sent (12) E-Mails, they responded to (1) after a month. They told me they would send me the Digital Download, if I paid for it again, instead of just doing the right thing for a repeat customer !!! I have since read the reviews, and many other customers have experienced this same treatment. Now it seems, they are going to ban me from their site, like I would EVER order another picture from them again !!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
