The portrait turned out perfect. We had an issue with the shipping but other wise very happy with the products I ordered. Customer service handled the issues with no problems. 4.5 stars

I absolutely loved how the picture came out of our late dog, Diego. My only complaint was the scent I had selected was Vanilla - the candle came and the scent was actually Cinnamon Vanilla. I think you should to be more specific on your scent titles because I was disappointed.

I posted a negative review back in June this year, as I didn’t see another way to voice my concerns or that they would even listen. But they did…they immediately reached out, listened to my feedback, and they didn’t just give one proof, they continued to improve the print based off of a couple of back and forth emails. This is rare and just shows how much this is a values-based company. I truly appreciate the team behind the scenes working to have made this the best product possible. Recommend providing proofs up front to avoid work on the back-end. Thank you West & Willow for helping me memorialize my sweet fur baby.
