Ordered and received 2 portraits, neither was packed safely or with any protection. One arrived damaged, the corners of the frame were broken apart. Not sure how you can ship without bubble wrap or securing the frame.

The frame could’ve been a little better quality. The small metal hooks were falling out immediately after taking it out of the packaging. The photo itself is so perfect and adorable!

I really like this company. Ive ordered twice from them, but only being able to submit one picture is frustrating. My most recent order that I just received is ok, but it would’ve been better if I could’ve submitted two photos to really encapsulate our dog in the best way possible.
