i never received my digital copy of my portrait, i have emailed support twice. I wish the response was faster, it has been longer than a week. nonetheless, the portrait of my pet came out beautifully I just wish I received my digital copy as well.

The print was okay , not as vibrant or detailed as the ones on the website . They don’t show you a proof before hand so you just hope it looks good when you get . The up charge for slightly different backgrounds was not cool. For the price I don’t think I would use again , the frame and overall look was underwhelming and a little cheap feeling

Although the picture itself is cute, the quality of the frame is really poor. The advertisement describes the frame as good quality but it is cheaply made. It has a plastic cover, not glass and each corner of the frame had exposed light coloured wood on the edges (this is really noticeable when I chose a dark frame). The customer service has been good. They responded to my first review and sent me a new frame straight away but unfortunately it was as bad as the first. Sadly, I don’t think it is worth the $150 I paid at all.
