Never received an order confirmation
Never received an order confirmation. Then when I received the portrait the name was spelled wrong. I contacted customer support and have not heard anything back.

did not receive full order
Made order for a portrait + mug. Was only sent the mug and have not received the portrait. It’s been almost a month. I’ve ordered from them 3 times and had no issues, I emailed a week ago with no response Edit April 29th: I still no response, I’m contacting my bank to get a charge back initiated, I highly recommend against purchasing from this company after I’ve been essentially scammed.

Way late, bad communication
Communication was poor, Ralph tried to make up for it but not worth the hassle and crazy timeline considering everything.

Very unhappy and disappointed
I placed my order on 3/16/26 and added the option to skip the line. This is an order for a birthday that is 4/8/26. So there would be plenty of time for the order to arrive especially given that I paid to skip the line. Today is 4/3/26, I have reached out to the company many times beginning 3/28/26 since I had not received tracking information. As of today I still have not gotten any tracking information or a resolution as to why I never received tracking or my order.

Not What I Expected for the Price
I was very excited to receive a blanket with illustrations of my pet, but unfortunately the final product was quite disappointing. The printed illustration quality is poor—the colors are off, and it barely looks any different from the original photo. Overall, the print looks low-quality and not very cute. Even my friends agreed that it doesn’t feel worth the price. Additionally, the blanket itself is very thin and feels cheap. While the advertising looks nice and high-quality, the actual product does not live up to those expectations at all.

I don’t love it, while it does resemble our puppy, it just looks like an AI generated image. On Instagram I saw portraits of other dogs that looked more realistic which is what lead me to place an order, I wish I got to see a preview before the print was delivered because I would’ve cancelled the order..
