I was pretty disappointed with what I received at first because my dogs eyes were wrong. Customer service was very helpful and they had me review a new design and are already sending me a new one.

I originally had issues with one of the three portraits I ordered. It did not look like the dog, and it actually was painted with peach colored hair. I had a great customer service representative - Ramy, who helped me out. Ramy was able to get the picture redone a week before Christmas. It was then sent to production, and I received it by December 21. They shipped it overnight! Great customer service and I am very happy with my portraits!
