This is the first purchase I made from this company and I am speechless. My best friend lost one of her pups, so this gift was perfect to give. Thank you for the beautiful memory I was able to give my best friend. Recommending to everyone!

I sent in pictures of our friends' dogs and they weren't the best pictures of the dogs (hands holding them and cluttered backgrounds). I was so excited to receive the finished product which highlights just the two dogs and they look fantastic.

Roxanne on your support team assisted me with edits to the original illustration and got them perfect. Picture was delivered on the promised date. 5 stars!

My only feedback would be to allow an approval of the draft as an added cost. I wasn’t sure how the pics I chose would work and may have swapped out a pic if I could have seen it before printing. Otherwise I loved the picture and it was a great gift.
