West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Had a slight defect in the original order. It was handled immediately once I completed the necessary steps. Was even able to upgrade the background color for a small fee. Customer service has been great.

Original portrait was delivered but not opened until Christmas Day. Portrait itself was fantastic however the frame had some slight damage. I sent an email on Christmas Day AND received a response the same day! Completely unexpected but greatly appreciated! While I am waiting for a replacement frame, I highly anticipate this ending in a very positive experience! Highly recommend West & Willow!

Love the final picture. It really captures the true image of our dogs. And it arrived as promised!

My daughter really loved the mug.

Thank you thank you for getting this to us by Christmas!!! My husband keeps walking by and kissing the portrait of his two cats. He said it was his best gift ever! Mission accomplished!! 👏🏻🎉

Excellent customer service!!!! Couldn’t believe how quickly they corrected the mistake and sent it back to me! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Laura

My phone started to peel and they already sending me a new one

Bought as a “surprise” Xmas gift, this was my 14 year old daughter’s favorite present. The pure joy of seeing her expression when she opened it, was worth all the money in the world. Thank you! ❤️
