Great experience from start to finish. Loved the final product, so cute...it captured our puppies perfectly!! We had a damaged frame and the process to replace has been very easy!!

Our dog portraits turned out amazing. What was even better about the experience was the customer service. We submitted 2 photos for 2 different portraits. We received both and the color was off for one of our dogs (she is brown and it came out black). I submitted it to their support team and someone got back to me the next day. Their designers got to work right away to re-do it and what I liked most is that they sent us a proof to make sure that one was what we were looking for. Once I emailed them it was perfect, we received the new item in a couple days. I would definitely recommend this product and love how they turned out.

I had this done for Christmas, and it more than met my expectations. I had no idea how it would turn out, as it wasn’t opened until Christmas Day….. there were tears. This picture was of our 13 year old Miniature Pinscher that we lost to cancer and we absolutely adore it. Much love for the gift of West and Willow.

I ordered two different pet portraits for the Christmas season. The first one I received I wasn't completely satisfied by the look of one of the pets so I reached out to customer service. Ehtiriam helped me with immediately and was prompt and very friendly. I got a response back within 24 hours and had a new print to approve in 3 days and shipped out in 5. It was one of the fastest customer service related issues I have dealt with EVER. I was prepared to send the old photo back but W&W did not require that, which was very helpful. Thank you so much for such a thoughtful gift.

I ordered my photo to be made and was made aware of the status of my picture. It was delivered in a very timely manner and the result was just amazing!!
