West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I had a photo done of all 3 of our dogs. The photo showed up with our very large dog looking the same size or smaller than our other two dogs that are roughly half his size. I contacted them and sent a photo of all the dogs together just so they could gauge the size difference. They responded quickly, fixed the photo, sent me a proof and I had the new photo back pretty quickly. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she loved it. The entire family thought the picture turned out great. Very pleased with the product and the service. 2 thumbs up!!

Customer service was responsive and helpful. The final product came out amazing. No complaints.

I was really nervous to order online and ship without seeing a preview of the final product. My order arrived and I couldn’t be more impressed. It looked just like the pup! This was a gift for someone who really needed a pick me up and their pup means the world to them - they were thrilled. I look forward to ordering again.

West & Willow customer service is the top of the tops! What started as a negative (I wasn’t happy with my dog’s picture) turned positive so quickly. Within 24 hours they had sent a revision for me to approve (it was perfect) and I received the new framed print within about a week! I am VERY impressed!

Love the products and ease of customizing. Third purchase from West & Willow!

Really like my mug that I ordered for my husband so I purchased another for myself with our other dogs picture. The drawing is great and looks just like them

I got this as a Christmas present for an older gentleman that literally has everything. The photo I submitted was of an ugly 16 year old chihuahua that was his angle. I’d sent an email to West & Willow telling them that I understood that the photo was hideous, but that was sort of the point of the portrait. They did an AMAZING job in the portrait!! It was soooo beautiful the way they captured the chihuahuas unique character and the man I gave it to is obsessed with it!!! I cannot express enough how happy I was to have purchased it!! I even bought the biggest portrait size and it was worth EVERY PENNY!!! It’s wonderful! And this gentleman’s prized possession! Also, I ordered it two weeks or so before Christmas and it arrived before the holiday weekend!!

I placed an order and received it in a timely manner. The dogs looked absolutely beautiful! I did have to make a request in changing the color of one of the dog's fur. Customer service responded fast and made the necessary changes. They sent me a preview of the new picture and it was perfect! I will be coming back to order in the future.
