My order was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for our son of his gorgeous two pitties. Unfortunately our framed photo came damaged. But your team was VERY quick and even responded on Christmas Day when the gift was opened and we saw the broken frame. Your team quickly ordered us a new one and had it shipped to my sons address rather than my home where he was visiting. Very helpful customer service and beautiful product. I would order for myself and recommend to friends, not just for the beauty & quality but the rare excellent customer service.

Good experience, easy to navigate

Customer service was amazing and the pet portraits came out great. I ordered a pillow for my sister and a portrait for my husband and everyone loved them, the artists did a great job!

Customer service follow up, they made sure I was happy with the product (initially I wasn't) and took the necessary steps to rectify any issues at no additional cost!

I needed the portraits before Christmas and west & willow made that happen! My grandma absolutely loved her portrait of her dog on the other hand there was a small mistake on my portrait for my dog. I contacted West & Willow about it and they fixed it! Great customer service and fast! I will definitely use West & Willow for any future portraits! Also the turn out is SO adorable and the perfect gift!

Great customer service! Our product was slightly damaged upon arrival. I reached out and they immediately responded and are sending a replacement. We are so happy with the picture of our girl.
