This is a review of the ordering process only - it was easy & straightforward to place my order. The only reason I took away 1 star is there is no option to make this a gift order or to add a gift message to the order. TBD how the final product will turn out!

The ordering process was simple. I wish that a preview of the print could be sent prior to confirming (it is a high price to pay for an image you don’t love) and I also wish that expected delivery dates could be included when I ordered. I hope the picture arrives in time for Christmas.

It was quick and easy to put together and purchase

*edit: After my dissatisfaction and previous review, the company reached out to me and made things right. It took several emails and revisions, but they made the portrait into what I was hoping for and what I expected. They were patient and accommodating. I would recommend West & Willow, with the disclaimer to give honest feedback, as they will do what they need to, to satisfy the customer. I ordered a memorial portrait of our dog who passed away. I received my order from West & Willow and it looks nothing like the photo I sent in, nor does it look like our dog. I’m extremely disappointed for the price I paid and now I have a cartoon portrait of a strange dog.

Revised 12/28: West & Willow reached out to me and resolved the issue. They re-made the portrait and sent me the revised template for approval. It came out amazing, I'm very happy with it. Customer service is very important to me. I am glad they took the time rectify the issue. I would definitely recommend them! Overall the picture is ok. One of my dogs looks really cute and very accurate. On the other hand my other dog does not look like the picture I sent in at all. She almost looks mad. She is a super sweet, cute, tiny dog. It doesn't due her justice at all. Framing was ok. I guess I just expected more for the amount of money.

Product looks nothing like the photo sent. They gave my German Shorthaired Pointer long hair and beard under the chin! Hoping to get a replacement. Update 3.15.23: I received full replacement of my order and very happy with the new image that was received! My only complaint would be how long it took to get a response back.

The process was fun, easy, and convenient. My only suggestion is to have consistent FAQ. In one section, I read that you can add a note to include the collar in the photo but in another location it said you can’t. I had to contact customer service for clarification.

The ordering process was easy to navigate. The only issue I had was in using the coupon code. It took me several tries to get it loaded correctly. I'm looking forward to presenting this gift to my loved one.
