i would have liked to see a preview before it went to print. the names of the pets were backwards to their pictures when i received mine. a quick approval on if all looked ok, especially those jobs with multiple animals would be appreciated. not sure if there's anything i can do now after spending over $100. thx!

I love the idea of the photo, I just really wish when I asked if it looked good that the company would have sent me a digital image for me to confirm, I would have switched the background to make it pop more. I still love it, but it could have been a better experience. So many companies that are creating custom orders like this are sending confirmation photos now, it should be easy; especially since I asked for confirmation that the photo was usable and that it looked good

I appreciated how fast it came! I definitely wasn't expecting it to be here so fast. However, I am not super happy with the job that was done replicating my mom's dog. I got her this Christmas present because her dog has been sick for the past year and I wanted to give her a happy reminder from this year. The photo I got back doesn't look like the photo that I sent. Her dog looks angry/grumpy in the photos, which he doesn't in the photo I submitted, and they added brown to the eyes which wasn't in the original photo and it doesn't look all that much like him. I had heard nothing but great things and was so excited, but I must say I am slightly disappointed with the outcome and may have to end up getting her a different gift.

The picture itself looks great but it’s for a golden doodle and the got the color all wrong. He’s more reddish blonde and they made him white with a little brown splashed here and there. Kind of disappointed

I haven’t received any updates about my order.

My picture was a little disappointing - You advertise the pet filling up most of the frame and my pet is really small at the bottom. To be honest I was so excited about this gift for my daughter but when I opened it was not what I expected - especially for the cost.

You’re asking for a review before the product has shipped. How can you expect a review before that?

Great website although I wish I could’ve written a private comment and seen how long it would take to come in before i ordered it. That’s all!
