Have reviewed no information on status of order. Is it complete? Has it shipped? How long does this take?

I send a picture in that I wanted done and the one that came is totally different. I kept checking for any emails saying the picture that I sent wasn’t good enough or that a new one was needed but never got one. The one that arrived looks nothing like my dog or the picture that was sent. Wasted 90$.

We didn’t have any not included so my son and his wife did not know who it came From and the picture was not in the center of the canvas . It was to be the center of the frame and it looks horrible .. very disappointed

Cute product but the digital imagine is such low resolution I was not able to print. For the price I paid I am disappointed and will have to find another company that produces printable quality portraits

I typed in an incorrect address and I have been trying to get in touch with the company to get it corrected. There is no phone number to call and emails are not being responded to in a timely manner. In addition I never received a copy of what my order would look like upon completion to ensure I was satisfied with the product.

I have been trying for 2 months to get my correct order. The first one was incomplete. The second one was mailed with a BROKEN FRAME! They talk a good game, but they DO NOT deliver. Don't waste your money with West and Willow. There are other companies who do this same kind of work.

This review is for the SECOND replacement phone case that was sent to my friend. Unfortunately, at this time, she has now received an original, a replacement, AND a second replacement all with the word “remove” printed all over the phone case. It has taken weeks and multiple emails to get these replacements sent with no resolution in sight. No compensation has been offered for my time trying to get my friend a usable gift. No rush shipping on replacements. I have to email multiple times to get clear answers and clearance for the replacements. There is no excuse for this, especially given the cost. I feel the company cares only about pushing sales and has gone down hill with time. I’ve ordered multiple times with no issue and now decided to give as a gift with the same embarrassing issue happening THREE times. It appears nobody is even looking at the product before it leaves the building. Even on the third trial of the same phone case…

The photo does not look like the picture I provided. Fur too dark and eye color doesn’t match.
