West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I ordered a three pet portrait, a single pet portrait, and a single pet coffee mug. All of the products arrived timely before Christmas and are very well made. The single pet portrait and mug didn't quite look like my dog, so I sent in a query with changes to be made. Ramy was so helpful and communicative and in no time, the new proofs were emailed to me for approval. The new proofs were perfect and look exactly like my doggo! They are on their way in the mail and I am so happy with the new proofs. Ramy made my experience so positive and I look forward to receiving the proofs and ordering in the future from West & Willow. The three pet portrait for my brother and sister-in-law came out perfect, looked exactly like their three doggos, and they loved the gift. I highly recommend West & Willow and I want to give one more shoutout to Ramy! Thank you and Happy New Year!

They made a mistake in the art and they completely remade the art and shipped. Good customer service and owned up to a mistake.

This is our second time purchasing art from West & Williow and we have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism both times.
