At first was slightly unsatisfied with the picture but the team so super helpful and supportive when I complained. Such a pleasant experience amidst my initial purchase.

The portrait is amazing! It brought a smile to our family.

The ordering process for a custom pet print was very easy, and loved that I could customize step by step.

I ordered a print for my son and his girlfriend for Christmas of their retriever and dachshund. When I got the print the dachshund was far larger than the retriever and looked odd. I messaged customer service just prior to the holidays and sent the original photos and the issue and the team got a new print sample to be shortly after Christmas and has just been shipped. I was very impressed with correcting their mistake and sending a replacement as soon as they could.

Very responsive. The name on pet picture was incorrect and they quickly replaced the picture. Great customer service. Love the picture!

I would recommend! The two portraits turned out better than I expected! Great Customer Service!

The original portrait that I received had darker fur than the picture I had submitted. I voiced my concern via the online form and was quickly contacted by an associate who was understanding, kind, and so helpful in coordinating a reprint with lighter fur. It was incredible customer service and I am very excited to receive the reprint!

Excellent customer service!
