West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Website is easy to use. The picture turned out great. Great company

After my order arrived looking a less less than desirable (some special requests were missing), I contacted the support team who got back to me right away. We discussed what exactly I was not happy with, and came to a decision to replace the photo used for 1 of my 3 dogs. This time around, I was sent artwork to approve before my replacement order went to print and shortly after that my new order was received looking absolutely FANTASTIC. The customer service I received was beyond amazing and I am in love with the final product!

A great and reliable company! Every product I have received has been absolutely perfect and of amazing quality.

Awesome!!! The easiest order process ever. First time I’ve smiled since my Romeo Cupid crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Can’t wait to receive my priceless work of art!!!

Love it!! It is absolutely perfect.😊 Thank you so much, West & Willow

Great quality art and service! Always an amazing experience from W&W team. Love both of our doggie prints!

We needed an adjustment made for a portrait that was ordered. I was assigned a person. That person walked me through the process. And I’m happy with the professionalism and sense of urgency.

The selecting of frame, uploading of files and going through the checkout process was super easy. Nothing bogged down and everything went seamlessly. I can’t wait until we get our portrait of our doggies. Super excited!!!!!
