Site was very easy to use and I am very excited. I would just like to see what the image would look like before paying. Also, I paid for the “front of the line” and I would like to know how much quicker that makes the order.

Since buying this as a gift and having it sent directly to the person it was bought for I would have liked to see what the portrait looked like before being sent. I guess I have to wait for them to open it to see how it came out

I am waiting to see what the final product will look like. I bought a single pet pic for myself and a double for my sister in law. It was spendy so I hope the product is good. I’m not a professional pet photographer so I am crossing my fingers that the final result will be gift giveable…so the 4 ⭐️. Let’s see what the outcome is.🤓😬 I just received a notice that my order has been delayed and I will not receive it until after Christmas! Very disappointing ☹️😞

I ordered 2 portraits and i love them although the colouring of one of my dogs is very off. They arrived very quickly! Order #321780

When I originally ordered a custom pet print, the artwork proportions of my animals wasn't correct and the frame arrived damaged. I filled out a replacement form and received excellent customer service very quickly. They revised the artwork and sent a new pet print to me at no extra cost. I think it would have been beneficial to be able to approve the artwork the first time but overall great customer service and cute products!

It would be nice if there was a place to verify photo and spelling of name, along with frame option chosen, etc before purchasing. There also no way to check after you buy. The shipping confirmation has a paragraph about if we notice a mistake but it’s impossible to review the order anywhere. Hoping for the best.

Check out process was easy, but it did not tell me when my order would be delivered. If I knew, I would've potentially paid for the expedited delivery. Otherwise it was good!

This is my 5th portrait from West & Willow and every time our pup pictures are perfect! In the past, I've been able to make a note about the look & coloring of my dog and this was not an option this time. The website was also very, very slow today and I really had to be patient in waiting for the screen to catch up.
