It was nice that the gift had a pretty quick turn around time. But I sent a picture of my parents dog who is the sweetest & most gentle dog on the planet...on the mug he looks like an angry gangster. Kinda disappointed : (

The site was relatvely easy however a contact phone number would have been helpful for the one question we had. As to the product, we will not know until it is finished hopefully we will not have any issues being able to redeem the GC because she is going to have to take a screen shot of it from my email. I dislike that your shipping information isn’t up to date. It’s says it’s take two weeks to come in and I’m coming in on the third week. I was hoping that the gift in before Christmas, and I don’t know if that will happen now.

Hi Karie, I have found a number of email threads with you, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying, and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion.
