Was easy to make an order but they don’t give a preview to see the final outcome so you don’t know what it looks like just in case the picture provided isn’t what you expect it to look like, furthermore I have sent multiple emails asking about this and received no correspondence in return.

Be prepared to wait for weeks if your in the UK. I placed an order for a friends birthday and after 4 weeks had passed and 6 chaser emails i finally got a reply asking a simple question. 4 weeks on they have since offered an appology and 20% off if i continue with the order, or the option to cancel for a full refund. I would have rather paid the full price and had it in time for my friends birthday , but i chose the 20% off. Order ref 299032

The website advertises free shipping for items with a purchase value of more than $100. Notwithstanding I was charged $21 for shipping. Update: Seller was responsive via email and explained that "you can only use one code per order"(I had used a 10% discount offer in addition to the free shipping). I explained that this was not at all clear on the website, but accepted the seller's offer to apply the free shipping credit ($21) in lieu of discount code ($11) and accepted the offer of a free digital print as well. While this was a satisfactory resolution, all the back and forth could have been prevented with a clearer presentation of the offers in the checkout experience.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews but I am truly disappointed I received the incorrect order of just print when I ordered a framed print. Customer Service was overall pretty speedy and said they would get me new asap. Well today I just received the reorder and it was incorrect again…still only a print no frame! Not sure what the confusion was on their part. Very disappointed!

I have a 12 pound Chihuahua and a 70 pound mix breed. The Chihuahua is bigger than the mix breed in the this picture. The dog's likenesses are good but they look silly next to each other with the size so off. Order #303963

The image of my dog was painted so small it barely goes up a third of the frame, on the mug it looks ridiculous like there’s a smudge at the bottom. I have a large dog so I have no idea why he was painted so small.
