Just purchased this phone case for my husband’s Valentine’s gift. Today is 02/19/24 and my husband didn’t receive the case until 02/14/24. Today is 02/19/24 and the picture is peeling off with normal usage.

I was so excited and couldn’t wait for these pics to hang up in my living room immediately! Received both pictures and the frames are separated, leaving space and they look awful! I do love the actual pics of my animals but for the price I paid for these I expected stronger, sturdier frames! I can purchase the same frames at Michaels. I emailed customer service and I am waiting for a resolution.

My dogs don't have any definition. You can barely see their eyes. Definitely not like what's shown on advertisements. Before sending the photo you should email a copy to to assure customer is happy

Ordered a picture with my 2 dogs and one of them wasn’t even mine! It was a yellow lab and I have a very small chihuahua mix.

The dog is clearly in apricot color in the picture I sent. But the design comes back in grey. Super disappointed
