Easy and quick!

The portrait we received was lovely, but didn’t quite capture the essence of our dog Maggie Mae. You know when a latte you order is decent, but not quite right and you feel bad asking for it to be made again? That’s how I felt about our artwork, but I really wanted our Maggie Mae to look just right. I contacted West & Willow to ask for revisions and the customer service agent, Andrian, was so helpful! Andrian did such a great job of making me feel comfortable asking for changes. He was happy to help. The revisions were made and I’m so satisfied with the result! Thank you Andrian and West & Willow!

Wonderful customer service! I asked for them to fix the drawing I received and they did not hesitate and were so pleasant to work with!

I received my order and it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a day. I explained that the order was incorrect. They fixed the order double checked with me before sending. I am very happy with my portraits and the service I received.

Turned out fantastic and makes for the perfect gift!

Super easy and convenient to order a gift card! I got it in my email right away and was able to send as a gift easily via email.

The puppy portrait was perfect! Looks just like our dog and the order was processed and shipped very quickly. So happy with my purchase, it made the best Christmas gift!

This is the 6th picture I have had you make. It’s perfect and fast service. The more recent pictures turn out the best.
