West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

There was an issue with my order from 11/28/22 and Ralph was extremely kind and helpful at getting it resolved! Very happy with West & Willow and especially, Ralph! Keep up the great work!

Simply the best!

So happy with our purchase! Everything was easy and shopping was quick. Appreciate the updates on shipping as well. Highly recommend!

First - we loved gifting these unique art of our pups for each son. They lived receiving this as a Christmas gift. Ordering was super easy & fast delivery! One of the frames arrived cracked but they replaced promptly.

Very quick to print and send, the only issue I had was shipping time, but I live in Canada and I ordered in early December. When I emailed, they were fast to reply and offered to re-send, which was not necessary as it finally shipped out to me. Beautiful print and looks exactly like my pups! Def recommend to anyone!

We just received our picture of our sweet buddy, it is beautifully done and framed. With fast delivery and a very easy to use website.

Such amazing customer service! Our print came in a frame that was slightly damaged. After contacting customer service, they replaced the whole product very quickly. They were very courteous.

Customer Service was phenomenal! Will order again! Cat does not really look like the cat! But the dogs are spot on!
