Customer service was very helpful when my picture wasn’t right. They sent me a draft of the new picture, and made sure it was accurate. It was so much better.

Great customer service and a great product. I didn't really like the first print they did (only because they removed a hat) but the picture still looked great. I reached out and they were happy to reprint for free!!

I had previously left a bad review saying not to do business with this company however, I want to give them credit for getting the situation resolved. After the errors were made, Roxanne from their support team reached out to me and got everything resolved. She sent me multiple designs until we got the perfect one and it is being shipped out to me as we speak.

I’ve ordered quite a few gifts through them and everyone has loved it. I just wish that they had an option to add a note. Every time a gift is sent out, I need to notify the receiver that the package was from me.

It was easy and a pleasure to speak with the support team when I had questions about my purchase. The end result was a beautiful portrait that captured our Ruby in the most accurate and wonderful way.
