West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Great experience and super helpful with creating the right pet portrait. Even had a couple issues after delivery, and they were in it to correct it that day and sent a brand new one within a short period of time. Thank you so much.

The artwork of my dog was a true likeness and turned out amazing. I was amazed at how great it turned out. (I honestly had my doubts) I ordered it for a gift for my husband and when he unwrapped it, he noticed a wrinkle in the actual paper that was framed underneath the glass. I emailed the company and they replaced it without any hassle. So, great product and amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

I ordered custom pet portrait note cards for my nieces for Christmas. They arrived in a timely manner, and my nieces loved them. Thank you. I will order products from West and Willow again.

I purchased three separate portraits for my family this holiday season. The portraits were so detailed and looked just like our dogs! It brought tears to my sisters eyes seeing their best friends in such a unique portrait. I will recommend this company to anyone!! I wish I could give More than 5 stars

I appreciate the team helping out when I couldn’t get my order to go through!

They were really good about re-painting my photo!!!

I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my order and customer service was quick to rectify my issue and replace my entire order with the updated proof at no expense to me. I am beyond impressed by the level of service received.

Super easy ordering process. Can’t wait to see the results!
